Description

Increases the chance of making a rare item while mixing regular items.

This will effect mixing any items where there's a chance of mixing a rare item, such as enriched essences, extra mana potions, etc.

Notes

The amount of the increased chance is subject to debate, and due to the heavy reliance on randomness by the game, getting a real determination of it is impossible.

The pickpoint cost is the biggest issue with this perk.

Consider: If you already plan to have 7 Human Nexus to wear the best armors, you can increase that to 10 to be able to wear the Artificer Cape instead. That will "only" cost 3 pickpoints instead of the 7 for this perk.
