The mana required for Summoning is halved.

You will need to have the required amount of mana available, but only half of it will be used when you summon.

When using a summoning arena while having this perk, the mana used will only be 1/4 (half of half).

You can wear the cloak to get this perk as well. (You cannot wear the cloak if you have this perk.)

Most will just wear the cloak for this perk, as 7 pickpoints are very costly for the limited amount of summoning done in the game.

Consider using the cloak instead.
