This will allow you to do much more shooting with your bow or crossbolt without restocking arrows or bolts.

The Removal Stone is very costly, so be absolutely certain of your desire to have this perk before taking it.

The Short Bow of Ethereal Ranger is a very rare item so is probably not a good alternative. Not to mention that it limits you to using a short bow.
