Defense astrology normally goes back and forth between positive and negative amounts.

With this perk, your astrology will be neutral during periods it is normally negative, so you'll only get neutral or positive astrology for Defense

This perk does nothing if you have the Skeptic perk.

You can see if you have the needed achievements by typing the #ach command.

This perk will not be removed if you reset.
