Description

You lose no food per minute if your HP, mana, and action points are at maximum, and you're not reading anything.

Your skills and nexus must be at correct level as well. Basically, nothing about your character must be repairing on the per-minute level.

You cannot have this and the Power Hungry Perk at the same time.

Notes

Really, there's very little time this will come in useful these days. It was added early in the game when it had more possible use.

Consider the cape instead, see if you find the perk to be of any use before wasting pickpoints on this. It's very rare to have a time when you won't be per-minute healing or such.
