You will no longer be able to use the #beam me command.

The #beam me command is usually a free way to return to Isla Prima.

You'll no longer be able to use it. Instead you'll get the message: You have the Scotty Died perk, you can not beam!

#beam me is the equivalent of a Ring of Isla Prima.

Your need to go to Isla Prima is very limited as you progress in the game.

Get some IP rings, or learn the portal room teleport spell to get to IP instead, and get 3 "free" pickpoints with this perk.
