25% additional perception when ranging.

Provides a better chance of getting a hit at night or in caves and such.

The Marksman's Crossbow is rare, but will also provide this perk. (You cannot equip the Marksman's Crossbow if you have the perk.)

The removal stone is quite expensive, so be sure you want this perk before taking it.

Also keep in mind that higher perception can mean lower experience on hitting. And ranging is very difficult to level.
